Holly has been wed three times. Holly's first marriage was to actor Danny Quinn. After two years of marriage and divorce in 1993, they divorced. She dated Jim Carrey during auditions for Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. She did not get offered the part, but Jim and she developed a bond as they worked together on the filming of Dumb and Dumber.
